In this session, Mike reflects upon his experience as an inspector of schools and what lessons can be learned about implementing change, to positively impact upon pupils.
Short biography
Mike Foley is currently CEO of Wessex MAT. Prior to that he was a headteacher of two upper schools in different local authorities. By trade he is a historian but has always secretly hankered to be a maths teacher. He is an Ofsted Inspector and a keen observer of all things education. Most of his spare time is taken up with running and reading or watching Crystal Palace FC.
