Level 3 Maths Leadership Community 2026/27

  • Who can take part?

Participants should ideally be existing Level 3 maths subject leaders; this might be a head of department, second in department, or KS5 leader. They will represent their department and must be able to effect change through collaboration with their colleagues.

What is the cost?

The Work Groups, run by the Maths Hubs Programme, in partnership with the AMSP, are free to attend for participating state schools and colleges

What this programme offers

Participants will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with their peers, building an ongoing learning culture and fostering wider professional relationships. With the support of a Post-16 Assistant Maths Hub Lead and an AMSP Local Lead, participants will explore, develop and share their vision, culture and principles for teaching and learning in maths.

Expectations

These communities are designed for an existing Level 3 subject leader. Participants will be heads or deputy heads of department or KS5 leaders who will represent their institution/department.
